How the weeks work

Every session is a mix of teaching, practical coaching, and time with your group. Live and online, so you can join from home.

  • A short lecture

Clear, practical content on the week's theme.

  • Coaching you can apply

Turn the ideas into something you actually do that week.

  • Peer to peer support

Small group work and honest conversation with people who get it.

  • Group accountability

Gentle check-ins that help the changes stick between sessions.

Why it is free

This is a research pilot. We want to find out whether group coaching helps ADHD students feel more confident applying for jobs and interviews. You will take part in short surveys and questionnaires at the start and end, plus some quick feedback, to measure the impact of the scheme. If it works, we hope to bring it to students at other universities too.

Who we are looking for

This pilot is open to currently registered LSE students with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected). We will check that everyone who signs up is a registered LSE student before confirming places.

We are looking for people who can commit to all six weeks. Showing up each week is what makes a group like this work, for you and for everyone else in the room.
